Due to the custom nature of our work, our return and refund policy differs for custom fabricated products and standard products. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom Fabricated Products All custom fabricated products — including overhead bins, stainless steel products, agricultural equipment, washdown systems, and custom metal parts — are manufactured to customer-specific requirements and are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun. Customers are responsible for verifying all specifications, dimensions, and requirements prior to signing the order agreement. Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations may incur charges for materials and labor already expended.

Standard Products Returns for standard (non-custom) products may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to prior written approval from Buffalo Ridge Metalworks LLC. To initiate a return, contact us before shipping any product back.

Return Conditions All approved returns must meet the following conditions:
  • Item must be unused and in its original, unmodified condition
  • Item must be returned in its original or equivalent packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to return shipment
Buffalo Ridge Metalworks LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Restocking Fees Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original product price, depending on the product and condition. The applicable restocking fee will be communicated at the time of return authorization.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified defect or error on the part of Buffalo Ridge Metalworks LLC. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

Damaged Shipments Damage that occurs during shipping is the responsibility of the freight carrier. Any shipping damage must be documented and reported immediately upon delivery. Please contact us promptly so we can assist with the freight claim process.

Refunds Refunds, if approved, will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
