Buffalo Ridge Metalworks LLC ships products across the United States. Due to the custom and large-scale nature of our fabricated products, shipping terms vary by order. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
Shipping Availability We ship to locations throughout the United States. International shipping is not currently available. Shipping availability for specific products or regions is confirmed at the time of order.
Freight Shipments Large fabricated products, agricultural equipment, and industrial items require freight (LTL or full truck) shipping. Freight shipments are arranged on a per-order basis. Customers will be notified of the freight carrier and estimated delivery window prior to shipment.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated separately and are not included in product pricing unless explicitly stated in writing. Freight costs depend on product size, weight, destination, and current carrier rates. An estimated shipping cost will be provided in your quote.
Lead Times & Delivery Estimates Estimated lead times vary based on production schedules, material availability, and carrier transit times. Lead time estimates are provided at the time of order confirmation. Buffalo Ridge Metalworks LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Risk of Loss & Title Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of goods to the freight carrier. Buffalo Ridge Metalworks LLC is not liable for loss, damage, or delay occurring after goods have been tendered to the carrier.
Inspection Upon Delivery Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments at the time of delivery. Any visible damage to packaging or products must be:
- Noted on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing
- Photographed immediately
- Reported to the freight carrier within 24 hours of delivery
- Reported to Buffalo Ridge Metalworks LLC at (605) 354-2266 or info@buffaloridgemetalworks.com within 2 business days
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect your ability to file a freight claim.

jason@brmworks.com. We will work with the freight carrier to locate the shipment. Freight claims for lost goods must be filed within the carrier's claim period.
