All pricing is confirmed in writing prior to production. A written and signed agreement is required before any fabrication begins.
Custom Fabrication Many products offered by Buffalo Ridge Metalworks LLC are custom fabricated to customer specifications. Final product specifications, dimensions, and finishes are confirmed in a written order agreement prior to production. Minor variations inherent to the fabrication process do not constitute a defect. Customer-approved specifications are binding upon order confirmation.
Order Acceptance & Cancellation Orders are not binding until confirmed in writing by Buffalo Ridge Metalworks LLC. Cancellation of a confirmed custom order may result in charges for materials purchased, work completed, and any other costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
Intellectual Property All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, is the property of Buffalo Ridge Metalworks LLC unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or use of any content is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability Buffalo Ridge Metalworks LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, reliance on information provided herein, or the use of our products.
