WARRANTY POLICY Buffalo Ridge Metalworks LLC

Buffalo Ridge Metalworks LLC stands behind the quality of our work. We provide a limited workmanship warranty on all manufactured products as described below.

Warranty Period Buffalo Ridge Metalworks LLC provides a 1-year limited warranty on workmanship from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

Warranty Coverage This warranty covers:

• Defects in welds, fabrication, and structural integrity attributable to our manufacturing process
• Failures in workmanship that occur under normal and intended use conditions

If a covered defect is identified within the warranty period, Buffalo Ridge Metalworks LLC will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component at no charge to the customer.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:

• Improper installation or assembly not performed by Buffalo Ridge Metalworks LLC
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, or operation outside of intended use
• Corrosion or deterioration caused by environmental conditions, chemicals, or exposure to elements
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs
• Damage caused by accident, acts of nature, or other external factors
• Failure to perform recommended maintenance

How to Make a Warranty Claim To submit a warranty claim:

• Contact us within the warranty period at the information provided below
• Provide your original order details and a description of the defect
• Include photographs clearly showing the defect or failure

Buffalo Ridge Metalworks LLC will evaluate the claim and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Warranty determinations are made at our sole discretion based on inspection of the product.

Limitation of Liability Buffalo Ridge Metalworks LLC's liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective products. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from a product defect, including lost profits, downtime, or costs associated with installation or removal.
